Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AXIOM World's website and platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our Services.

Description of Services

AXIOM World provides a supply chain intelligence platform offering:

• Real-time supply chain verification and monitoring.
• AI-driven analytics and risk assessment.
• Blockchain-backed audit trails and traceability.
• Dashboard and reporting tools for supply chain visibility.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Permitted Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Use automated systems to extract data without authorization.
• Transmit malicious code or engage in any activity that harms the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation — are owned by AXIOM World and protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

Data & Confidentiality

Supply chain data you provide remains your property. We process your data solely to provide the Services as described. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We maintain strict confidentiality obligations and implement enterprise-grade security controls.

Service Level & Availability

We strive for 99.9% platform uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Fees & Payment

Certain Services require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIOM World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AXIOM World and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
